Frequently Asked Questions

Purchases & refunds

You can pay with any Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card.
It's likely that your card has been declined either by your bank's security systems detecting a transaction that doesn't follow your normal pattern, or because you have exceeded a spending limit. It could also be that your card has been blocked for some reason. If your payment is being rejected, please get in touch with your bank to find out why.
At the checkout stage you will see a box for you to enter any coupon code you may have. That will apply the relevant discount to your basket.

If you were only offered the option to "Buy this course" rather then "Add to basket" then please use the contact form below to let me know; it's likely that a plugin has been disabled following an update.
All courses are subject to a 14-day approval period, during which you have the benefit of a no-quibble money-back guarantee.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the content of your course then please use the contact form within that time to get in touch and request a refund. Please also explain the reason for your dissatisfaction, as that will help me to improve my provision in the future.

My account

You can't change the username that you use to log in, but if you go to Profile > Settings > General then you can change your name, display name and email address.
You can do this by going to the Profile page and then clicking on Settings > Password.
There is an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email you receive. Simply click on that and you won't receive any more emails from me, except transactional emails auto-generated by the site when you enrol on a course.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to lynne@b28mathstutor.co.uk to get this fixed.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associated e-mail addresses.
